Cleanse Pack

First thing in the morning: Quick Detox (Apple, Celery, Cucumber, Spinach, Parshley, Lemon)

Mid Morning: Natural Beauty (Pineapple, Carrot, Orange Bell pepper) 

Late Morning: Immune Booster (Apple, Cucumber, Orange, Bell Pepper, Ginger)

Afternoon: Energy Boost (Apple. Carrot, Beet, Lemon)

Late Afternoon: Sweet Green (Pineapple, Cucumber, Apple, Mint)

Last Thing: Nut Mylk - Alkaline Water, Almonds, Cinnamon, vanilla extract, Plant Based Protein, dates Agave

Replace Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with juice.

Drink remaining juices ( 2 juices) in between meals .

Drink Nut milk at the end of the day. 

1. Can i exercise while cleansing? Avoid activities that place stress on the body, such as high intensity exercise. Instead, try a power walk, swim or gentle yoga.
2. Can i drink water while cleansing? Staying hydrate while cleansing is extremely important so yes! drink a lot of water and you can also drink herbal drinks caffeine free.
3. What if i get hungry? If you are hungry we recommend to add chia seeds to one of the juices. You can also increase the intake of water/tea. If you have headaches, feeling faint, eat something! We recommend a veggie smoothie, with nut butter for healthy fats or a veggie dense soup (preferable organic since you cleansing your body from chemicals and  pesticides).
